Should I disclose?

The best thing for any applicant to do is know what they are entitled to under the law, and research what kind of accommodations they might need beforehand. It is important to remember that no two stories are the same, and the decision on when and if to disclose should be a personal one.

If you have remaining questions on if/when to disclose, the Job Accommodation Network is available for consultation at 800-526-7234 or via email.
